We are now allowed to mention the G word.
The back of the house is being painted green (Joanna Olive Green, in case you were wondering).
It looks a bit like this:
We like.
It’s a bit hard to get a decent colour match for a piccy…
And it’s amazing what a difference a bit of shade makes – you’d swear the paint on opposite walls was a different colour.
Well, there have been some good things going on recently in the house. We cleared up a whole bunch of junk in both the inside and outside spare room type rooms. Floor! Space! All this, and more, can be yours.
Also:
Wine rack re-installed
(Yay! No more piles of cardboard boxes in the hallway.
Now we just need to: buy lots more wine to fill it up; put something cool on the wall next to it).

In other news: we are considering painting the outside of the house.
Probably green.

in other news, we now have three and half litres of paint to test by splashing it up on the walls.
it’s three and half, not four, because the parking lot at the palms shopping centre now has half a litre.
in related other news, one of the (several off-white) colours is called “Happy Finish.”
